Cellers Cb `blau` (Car/Syr/Gar) Montsant 20

Sourced from estate vineyards averaging 40 years-old at about 2,000 feet along the sloping sides of the Sierra de Montsant, all dry farmed without pesticides or herbicides, and solar-powered. Each varietal hand-harvested and fermented separately before aging in French oak barrels for 4 months. The bright acidity of Mazuelo is perfectly complemented by bold fruit and earthy flavors of Garnacha and Syrah. Spice-accented black and blue fruit aromas are intermingled with violets and woodsmoke, creating a round and juicy palate with zesty acidity, framed by gentle tannins, offering very good breadth and persistence.
