This Washington State Cabernet Franc offers deep ruby hues and lifted aromas of raspberry, violet, and bell pepper. The palate is fresh and energetic - flavors of red cherry, graphite, and a touch of herbs glide across silky tannins (92 points). Aged 18 months in French oak (40% new), it finishes with mouthwatering acidity. Serve slightly chilled with roasted chicken or mushroom dishes.
