A rich, barrel-aged Chardonnay from Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Bold aromas of baked apple, butterscotch, and toasted hazelnut lead to a lush palate of pineapple, vanilla, and a touch of crème fraîche. Aged 10 months in French oak (25% new), it’s opulent yet balanced by zesty acidity. Pair with lobster mac and cheese, roasted turkey, or creamy polenta. A crowd-pleaser with sophistication.
