Quivira Dry Creek Zinfandel '19

From 80-year-old head-trained vines, this Zin shows a deep garnet hue. The nose explodes with boysenberry pie, allspice, and a touch of briar patch. The palate is rich but balanced (14.9% ABV), offering flavors of blueberry compote, dark roast coffee, and supple tannins. Jeb Dunnuck (92 pts) recommends "BBQ ribs or wild boar ragu." Peak: now-2029.
