Raptor Ridge Chardonnay '15

A mature white showing Oregon's Chardonnay potential. Deep gold in color, it offers complex aromas of baked apple, toasted hazelnut, and a hint of honeycomb. The palate is rich yet vibrant, with flavors of lemon curd, brioche, and a lingering mineral finish. Wine Advocate (92 pts) notes its "Burgundian evolution." At peak now-2025, this is stunning with lobster bisque or roasted poultry. Fermented in 30% new French oak and aged sur lie for 18 months, it demonstrates how well Oregon Chardonnays can age.
