A bold experiment in whole-cluster fermentation (100% stems). Deep garnet in color, it offers a nose of black raspberry, white pepper, and a distinctive herbal note. The palate is structured yet aromatic, with flavors of black cherry, clove, and firm but ripe tannins. Wine Advocate (93 pts) notes its "Burgundian stemmy complexity." Aged 16 months in neutral oak, this needs until 2025 to fully integrate but will reward patience. Pair with game meats or aged cheeses.
