Michael David Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon (Lodi) 21
Out of stock
Over the top and shattering to the veins, these wines possess major concentration and daring flavor. The name is from the original Earthquake zinfandel which came from an old Lodi vineyard planted around the same time of San Franciscos great Earthquake of 1906. These dark and voluminous wines will definitely leave your senses quivering. Deep garnet in color. Bold and burly aromas of smashed summer berries, chocolate mocha and dates on the nose. Full bodied and bursting in flavor, this wine is layered with red plum, dark chocolate truffle and savory spice. The wine spends eighteen months in 40% new French oak. Perfect match with beef stroganoff, Swedish meatballs, or sweet and sour pork. Pair up with squeaky cheese curd or Morbier. .
