Crafted with superb Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit, this elegant and racy cuvée has a delicate color and intense vibrancy on the palate. The majority of the grapes are pressed in vineyard press houses, with cool-temperature fermentation at the winery. The final cuvée is blended from at least 15 diverse crus of the Champagne region along with young reserve wines, resulting in a delicious finish that is dry and fruity. Darker color with lots of fruit and a creamy texture, showcasing cooked apples, cherries, and strawberry undertones. Medium to full body with spicy white pepper notes and a young strawberry finish.
