Michel Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux 22

A gorgeous white wines made from 50 year old Chardonnay vines. The grapes were hand-harvested and then fermented with indiginous yeasts in older oak barrels. The Mise Tardive is a reference to the extended oak aging. This is a full-bodied Chablis for the table.
